Our service agreements offer price stability for the entire duration of your agreement. Say goodbye to unexpected price hikes during your agreement's lifetime. While you have the flexibility to cancel anytime, please note that doing so will relinquish your price lock. 


Once the agreement sets the number of instruments, it remains fixed throughout. Nevertheless, you retain the option to adjust which instruments receive calibration and even expand the total number of instruments you wish to include.

How often can I get my devices calibrated?
You have the flexibility to calibrate your devices according to your preferences. However, once calibration frequency is decided in your agreement, it cannot be decreased. Depending on your organization's audit standards, you can choose calibration intervals ranging from monthly, quarterly, twice a year, annually, to once every two years. Most instrument manufacturers typically recommend annual calibration to maintain optimal performance.
When do I pay?

You pay only after your calibration services.

Can I change the devices I want calibrated?

You can change the devices you want calibrated. However, you can not decrease the number of instruments we calibrate. 

Can I decrease the number of devices I want calibrated?

After starting your Calibration Service Agreement, you cannot decrease the number of devices we calibrate. However, you can augment and increase the number of devices we calibrate.

Can I cancel my agreement without penalty?

While you have the flexibility to cancel anytime, please note that doing so will relinquish your price lock. 

Will the price change during the agreement?

The price you pay will never change for the duration of the agreement. 

When will my calibrations be performed?

During the initiation of the agreement, both parties will agree on a 30 day window in which we will perform calibrations on your devices. Keep in mind, the specific service date and time will depend on our preset routes. To ensure price savings for our customers, we organize services with others for efficiency.
