We group customers into regional service routes to minimize travel charges. You’ll be assigned to a recurring route that aligns with your calibration frequency (e.g., annual or semi-annual), and we’ll notify you in advance before each visit.

We do allow early termination, but a cancellation fee applies based on how much time remains in your contract. If you’re shutting down operations or facing unexpected circumstances, we’re happy to review your situation case-by-case.

The agreement covers calibration of all listed instruments, including travel, labor, minor adjustments, and digital calibration certificates. Additional services (like device replacements or troubleshooting) are not included in the calibration agreement, but are eligible for a 10% discount.
