OUR STORY

Calibrations & Controls, formerly known as First Systems Technology, has been proudly serving municipalities and industrial plants across the Midwest for over two decades. Founded in 1996 by Brad White, the business was built the old-fashioned way, one referral at a time.

From day one, we’ve earned our reputation by doing things right: showing up on time, standing by our work, and putting our customers first. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a trusted team of professionals who share a common set of values; honesty, integrity, professionalism, and a relentless commitment to getting the job done right.
